Panta Rhei Consultancy’s basic philosophy is that all organisations learn constantly. According to the book How Organisations Learn by Nevis and DiBella, learning in organisations is as normal as breathing is to mammals. Only, just as when breathing, we in an organisation are not constantly aware of the way in which we learn and the way that would be most fitting.
In change processes, which require a large amount of unlearning and learning, it is important to know which learning method or methods are preferred within the organisation. Using these appropriately allows for more natural and easy change processes.
In 1999 Gon Mostert obtained her Master of Arts degree in Human Resource Management. Her thesis dealing with ‘Learning in Organisations’ received a With Distinction recognition from the University of Hertfordshire (England).
