Learning processes
The learning processes developed and implemented by Panta Rhei Consultancy use objectives at various levels. In the first place efforts are always made to strengthen participants’ personal competences in the learning process. Next to that the learning processes focus on change and result improvement to be realised within the organisation. One can think of creating a shared new language, encouraging cooperation and idea exchange throughout the organisation, translating the commitment to invest efforts into the commitment to achieve results, applying a customer-oriented and result-oriented approach.

In this way learning processes have been developed for:

  • Higher management and senior professionals
    (coherent business processes)
  • Middle management and professionals
    (competences in development)
  • Professional strengthening of commercial management
  • Professional strengthening of project management
  • Professional strengthening of process management

    Given the double objective these are not ‘standard’ programmes that can be run each year. While basic components may be retained, programmes change focus according to changes within the organisation and the (potential) participants.
